I’m originally from the Dominican Republic, where I first entered the insurance industry around 2005–2006, focusing on medical authorization and customer service. After moving to Florida in 2008, I re-entered the insurance field by 2014, driven by a passion for helping people understand their benefits, rights, and options. I expanded from life insurance into health insurance, always aiming to simplify complex topics for my clients. In 2021, I founded CDS Espino Group, initially just for tax purposes without planning to grow a team.
But in 2024, that vision changed—what I believe was God’s vision. After my wife and I prayed boldly, God answered, and the direction of CDS Espino Group transformed into CDS Insurance Group. I dedicated myself to building a team that shares our values of care and diligence. Today, that focus on educating clients and mentoring agents guides everything we do.
